What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is between 4pm and 7pm. Of course, if you arrive by At a morning boat, you can leave your luggage with us and relax by the pool before we let you into your rental.
Check-out is between 7 a.m. and 10 a.m. and, in the same way, you can vacate your rental, leave your luggage with us, and continue to enjoy our facilities until the time of your departure from the residence.
Do the rentals have kitchens?
With the exception of the “bedrooms”, each apartment has a fully-equipped kitchenette in the living room ( 1-bedroom and “2-bedroom” apartments) or on the covered terrace (studios).
Is it possible to add a cot?
Yes, it is possible to ask us to add a cot to your rental (only in “1-bedroom” and “2-bedroom” apartments), subject to availability: think about it when you book. Supplement of €10/stay.
Are rentals air-conditioned?
With the exception of “rooms with shared bathroom and toilet”, all our rentals have air conditioning in each room.
What does breakfast include?
Breakfast is served on the villa’s large terrace, in the shade near the swimming pool. This service is included in the hotel package (special short stays of 1 or 2 nights), and offered at an additional cost for other rentals (€10/person/day for people over 18, €6/person/day for young people). We offer fruit juice, coffee, café au lait, tea or chocolate, bread, butter, jam, croissants or pain au chocolat.
What to do in Les Saintes?
You’ll never tire of enjoying our swimming pool, its terrace (partly sunny, partly covered), and the incredible panorama of the bay of Terre-de-Haut, the islet of Cabrit, and “mainland” Guadeloupe in the background! Nonetheless, Terre-de-Haut offers a wide range of activities, including hiking (to Fort Napoléon, the Morne Morel trail, the Chameau ascent and descent to Anse Crawen, return via Pain de Sucre), various beaches, sporting activities (scuba diving, sea kayaking, etc.), a varied choice of restaurants…
Are pets allowed at Paradis Saintois?
No ! Our four-legged friends are not allowed on the premises, and not all residents appreciate the presence of pets on their vacation!

How do I get around?
In Terre-de-Haut, you can choose between bicycles, with or without electric assistance, scooters or electric carts. Several rental companies are listed on www.terredehaut.gp. Or take the time to enjoy the island’s tranquillity by simply … walking!
